Constrained Path Openings and Closings

This package contains the source code to the path opening algorithm as described in:

It also contains the MATLAB M-files that I used to generate the results in that paper. The code is written for MATLAB with the DIPimage toolbox. Please see the README file inside the ZIP file for more information.
