||In this talk I will give a brief overview of my PhD-thesis. First I present three foundations that has shaped my research: (1) studying professionals at work, (2) challenging work environments, and (3) shared knowledge. Then I proceed to present my research questions and the theoretical perspective that has shaped my research. The majority of my research relates to the new method Collegial Verbalisation, and I will carefully describe the creation, refinement and assessment of the new method here. The thesis includes seven research papers, and I here give a short summary of them and discuss the advantages as well as the problems related to this. The seminar ends with a separate session where opponent Mats Lind will go into further detail and let me respond to his questions.
