Title The title of the presentation is: 3D co-occurrence matrix based texture analysis applied to cervical cancer screening
Abstract In digital pathology, the field of nuclear texture analysis gives information about the spatial arrangement of pixel gray levels in a digitized microscopic nuclei image. We are take Cervical Cancer Cell Nuclei into consideration. Locate the focus image in each stack, using three image normalization method which are: gradient based intensity normalization, histogram equalization and standardizing normal random variables to normalize the image. Then based on the gray level co-occurrence matrix, compare the classify result of classical feature with adaptive feature in 16 gray levels(2D co-occurrence matrix); compare the classify result of classical feature with adaptive feature in 16 gray levels(3D co-occurrence).
