Titel  Propagating distances, directions and derivatives 
Sammanfattning  In this talk I present a novel approach to extend distance computation, such as wavefront propagation techniques, to also compute directions to points and derivatives of the distance function. The theory is demonstrated on some wellknown algorithms such as the fast marching method and chamfer distances. Some applications in image analysis and computer graphics are also discussed.
