About
me I
became full professor of computer
graphics at Uppsala University in 2003 . This professorship is a joint effort by
Uppsala University and the University College of Gävle. My occupation at the
Center for Image Analysis, Uppsala University, corresponds to 20% of full-time.
Here, I am involved in teaching interactive computer graphics, courses in
visualization as well as in tutoring research students. At the University
College of Gävle, I am academic head of the division of Computer Science within
the Department of Mathematic, Natural– and Computer Science. My responsibility there is academic
development of the undergraduate studies in Computer Science, as well as
leading the research group in
Visualization. I am currently also responsible for the Visualization Lab at
Campus Gävle. I
am presently vice-chair of the
Swedish Computer Graphics Association SIGRAD. To
