I am employed by SciLifeLab as an image analysis resource. My job is to help researchers getting started analysing their images.
The aim is primarily to set up pipelines that the partners can apply themselves.
It is often good if we at an early stage can discuss suitable prerequisites for the imaging, already before all images are acquired.

About me (personal)

I live in an old red wooden house (early 1800s) together with Annika.
In my spare time I enjoy doing activities that stimulates both body and mind:

• Orienteering. IF Thor. We practise in the forests all year around, and there are competitions almost all weekends during April-October.
• Golf. Upsala GK. Hcp 7.7.
• Mahjong. Uppsala Mahjong.We play regularly in the basement of house 2, Polacksbacken on Mondays at 17.30. We mainly use the official Chinese Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR), but sometimes we play with the Japanese competition rules (Riichi). I am currently the reigning Swedish champion in Riichi, and the Swedish representative in the European Mahjong Association board.
• Padel. USIF Padel I have recently started playing Padel with some colleagues. This is the most fun racket sport I have tried, and also one of easiest to getting started with.
