Histology image processing

Studying chemical effect on male fertility and testicular tissue is an evolving research area. There are different approaches for evaluating testicular toxicity. Histology images of testicular tissue is considered as a sensitive tool. For the first time we use advanced image analysis techniques for staging tubules in testis.

Automated cell classification in confocal images

Radial plant organs are segmented into individual cells, cells are classified based on their morphology and signal absorption.
