The software is available to download for free and works for Microsoft windows based systems. There are some test images that can be downloaded at the bottom of the page. These images can be used for testing the software before analyzing your own images. |

Latest release of BlobFinder V3.2 (fluorescence microscopy) |

This is the latest release of BlobFinder for fluorescence microscopy. The installation instructions are available as a text file in the compressed file. This file needs to be unzipped This version has an improved GUI, a tutorial and some bug-fixes. This version has been made with help from Johan Goude.

A beta version of the new BlobFinder for bright field microscopy has been released. This is a beta version so if you encounter any problems or errors send an email with the subject BlobFinder BrightField Error, and include an error message in the email to blobfinder.request@gmail.com . An update will be available as soon as the testing of this beta version is done. The BlobFinder BrightField version has been made with help from Johan Goude. |
