Parts of my research has been done together with the EU-Strep project ENLIGHT (ENhanced LIGase based Histochemical Techniques).
The work is been mainly focused on signals and cell detection in fluorescent microscopy. Evaluation of dynamic range for signal detection is current focus in this project.
During the last year a collaboration with Yanik lab at Research Laboratory of Electronics, MIT, Cambridge, USA, has been initiated. This project focuses on methods for high throughput screening of Zebrafish.
