||Visual aesthetics and usability: the case of hybrid electric vehicle adoption
||In this seminar presentation I will first look at the role of visual aesthetics in adoption processes of sustainable products and services. This approach uses the psychological theories of affect to link positive emotional responses to the likelihood of people adopting products and services. In the case study I will demonstrate the relative contribution of rational decision-making processes compared to visual aesthetic properties in the intended adoption of hybrid electric vehicles.
