||Extracting quantitative data from thousands of cells - towards automatic segmentation, tracking and spot detection
||The aim of this work is to perform automatic segmentation and tracking of living cells in single molecule microscopy in a microfluidic chemostat. Due to the stochastic properties of the mechanisms at the cellular and molecular levels, it is necessary to follow the histories for hundreds or even thousands of cells in order to get statistical significance. This presentation will show on-going work towards achieving these aims.
